The Noble Harris Partnership established in 1996 is one of London’s premier commercial property agents. We were commissioned to redesign the company website to improve the brands online positioning and attract new segments of the market.
We started by reviewing the brands online presence vs key competitors. Based on our finding’s we recommended a digital marketing strategy that included focusing on 2 sources of traffic for the brand (referral and organic traffic).
Strategy for driving referral traffic primarily via Social Media started immediately. We refreshed all the brands social media platforms and added new ones, using SEO best practice. We developed a social media calendar that included a mix of branded and non-branded content, monitoring engagement closely to learn more about the brands customers.
Phase 2 of our approach involved keyword research to identify the key opportunities to drive organic traffic to the new site. We also studied closely the customer journey and based on our findings we developed a new website that was a) easy for the team to maintain in-house b) easy for customers to use and c) contained all the relevant Technical SEO aspects to help ensure the site is crawled effectively by Google.
A new mobile responsive website with property search functionality, easy to use content management system (CMS) with every page keyword optimised for organic search.
Getting the digital marketing strategy for Noble Harris right at the start helped drive the focus on key digital marketing disciplines relevant for the brand. Social Media to warm up the market and start creating conversations about the brand and SEO to channel the right type of organic traffic to the site.
